The Badger State has a new Latham Hi-Tech Seeds regional sales manager.

Steve Bailie will manage a Wisconsin sales territory that runs from north of Green Bay to the southwestern corner of the state. He is a native of Lancaster, Wisc., where he grew up on a 60-cow dairy farm. He will be based out of that town.
“I’m excited to work for a family-owned company like Latham,” said Steve. “I want to create a great footprint for Latham corn and beans across Wisconsin.”
Steve comes to us from Agriliance, where he served as an agronomy production specialist working with farm customers and scouting fields to formulate recommendations on seeds, fertilizer and chemical applications. While there, Steve was promoted to manage the Platteville and Lancaster territories and also worked through a corporate restructuring that sold Agriliance locations to Premier Co-op.
“We’re delighted to have an ag professional such as Steve, with his energy, knowledge and experience, joining our Latham team,” said John Latham, president of Latham Hi-Tech Seeds. “Steve’s agronomy consulting experience and his knowledge of the Wisconsin farm market will be a great asset for Latham seed customers who are looking for independent trait and technology expertise to assist in their seed choices.”
