		<description>Bill is very deserving of this award for everything he has done for the seed industry from his involvment with IPSA and ATSA and general input to the industry.  I remember about 30 years ago ( hate to date Bill and myself)  when he made a presentation to Nebraska Seedsman Assocation about the production practices of Latham seed.  Bill has always been willing to share his knowledge and that of his company with the industry.
